All products remain the property of We Live It until they have been paid for by you. We are not required to deliver until payment has been received in full. We do not have any liability to you arising from the supply of our products to you, except that we shall provide you with a refund or replace products for you if there are any defects. All warranties and representations are otherwise fully excluded to the extent allowed by law.

Shipping

Flat rate shipping - only $9.95* Australia wide. Upgrade to express delivery for $20.

*Bulk items such as Bokashi Bins and Nappies attract a shipping surcharge depending on the size of the item.

Shipping time

We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days. All orders are sent directly from our Brisbane warehouse.

Delivery time is only an indicator and may differ based on stock availability (some products may become out of stock and will delay expected delivery time), courier backlogs and other factors.

Please Note:

  • We will select an appropriate courier based on your shipping selection.
  • We encourage you to select shipping insurance in the checkout to ensure your parcel is insured against loss of damage during transit.
  • Delivery is only available within Australia, any overseas orders will be quoted for the extra delivery charge that will have to be approved before your order is shipped.
  • For bulk items & deliveries to remote areas, a remote area surcharge may be applied.
  • If you would like the couriers to leave your parcel, you can advise us and we will provide the couriers with an 'Authority to Leave' request. Please note that if you parcel is left and stolen/misplaced we cannot replace it. the authority to leave is actioned at your own risk.
  • Express delivery is for express shipping once it leaves our warehouse and does not guarantee next day dispatch or delivery.
  • Free Shipping for orders over $100 excluding - Bokashi Products, Nappies, Palm Leaf Plates, Solar Panels, Wind Power & Bulk Orders.
  • While we try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible we may need to charge extra postage if your order is particularly large or going to remote area.
  • If your order requires a further shipping charge we will contact you as soon as possible, unfortunately our website is unable to calculate this for you and must be done manually.

Discount codes or gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (whether discount code or gift voucher) and is not valid on shipping costs.

Product Availability:

We endeavour to have all the products you request in stock. Some products, such as paints, we do not always have in stock. Where relevant, this is specified in the product description. You will be contacted within 1 working day if there will be any delays to your order.

We Live It respects your privacy. We collect the information required to fulfil your order and use your information only for purposes related to the services we provide. We hold your information with the utmost care and security and we do not sell or exchange our customers’ details.

Refund & Exchange Policy:

Faulty Items:

If you have received a faulty item, please contact our Returns Department on 1300 138 483 within 7 days of the item becoming faulty. The item must be sent back and will be tested. If the item is deemed genuinely faulty you may choose from a replacement, refund or store credit.

Items can be returned for a store credit or a replacement if is returned within 7 days of the purchase date and they are unopened or can be re-sold as brand new.

A valid receipt is required with all returns.

Discount Vouchers & Promotions Terms and Conditions:

  • Vouchers & discount codes are only valid before their specified expiration date.
  • If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a valid and accepted credit card or PayPal.
  • Vouchers & discount codes are only valid for products on www.welivehere.net.au
  • Shipping and related expenses such as shipping insurance are not included in the voucher & discount codes and will need to be paid in addition to any additional spend above the voucher value.
